The Alberta Summer Games will be held in the Peace River region this year. If you want to attend as a Zone 1 athlete you must qualify and this race is your only chance to do it. The BMX competition at the games hosts male riders aged 12-16 and female riders aged 11-15. Each zone sends 3 males and 3 females
The qualifier is held in conjunction with the Lethbridge Hurricane Alley race on May 29th. What this means is there is ONE race that serves TWO purposes. There will NOT be two seperate races on May 29th. If you want to qualify for the games you must race the Hurricane Alley Lethbridge race.
